That’s how Coach Link Up began.
Our founder and joy coach saw that too many coaches were treating each other as competition instead of collaborators. So, she created a coach community built on clarity, connection, and confidence. She wanted aa space where certified, values-driven coaches grow together and help more people thrive.
Because when coaches unite around purpose instead of competition, everyone, the coaches, the clients, and the world they impact, wins!
That’s how Coach Link Up began. The founder decided that coaches needed to quit treating other coaches as competition and we needed a community created to bring clarity, connection, and confidence to the coaching world.
The Struggle We Couldn’t Ignore
The coaching world was growing fast, but clarity wasn’t keeping up.

Although Christine started the ripple that became Coach Link Up, this coach community has never been about one person. It’s about the coaches that makes up our community. Our crew members show up for each other, share ideas, and keep the rhythm of growth going. This is what Coach Link Up is about.
Every great crew needs someone to call the rhythm. At Coach Link Up, that’s Christine Kutnick, PCC, a practicing coach who focuses on joy. With decades of leadership experience and a deep passion for helping others thrive, Christine serves as the community’s coxswain—setting direction, steering with purpose, and keeping the crew in sync.
She’s the crew’s biggest cheerleader, always championing the coaches who make this community what it is: connected, confident, and full of heart
