When possible, we connect you with an available low-cost coach who aligns with your needs.

You and your coach will schedule a discovery call. If the chemistry matches, the two of you will discuss next steps, schedule, expectations, and payment details.
Who is eligible for our Affordable Coaching Program:
Individuals over the age of 18 years old
-Lives in the United States or in Canada
-Someone who is willing to share their situation with us in order to match you with a certified coach
-Someone who is wiling to pay a discounted fee for coaching
-Willing to do the work to reach their goals
FAQ
Is it free Coaching?
No, our coaches are not allowed to offer free coaching through this program. They are can over 10-80% off their coaching prices in order to make it affordable for you. This is low-cost coaching.
Does my story really matter?
Our coaches are giving their time generously to help you reach your goal. They need their heart string pulled in order to say yes so share as much information as you feel comfortable sharing.
Does Coach Link Up Share my information with the coaches?
In order to get them to take you on as a client, we need to provide them with as much information as you share with us. Please know that all of our coaches on our platform ahere to a high level of ethics and will not share your information with anyone else. We will remove your name, email and phone number to protect your identity until they have agreed to coach you.
Who is low-cost coaching for?
This service is for people who want coaching support but may not be able to afford standard coaching rates. It may be helpful for individuals navigating life transitions, personal growth, career decisions, relationships, wellness, or major goals.

This depends on coach availability and location. Many coaching sessions may be offered virtually, which can make coaching more accessible.

Am I guaranteed to be matched with a coach?
Submitting a request does not guarantee a match. Matches depend on coach availability, fit, timing, and the type of support requested.

Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. Coaching is typically focused on goals, clarity, accountability, and personal or professional growth. If you need clinical mental health support, therapy may be a better fit. Here is an article that discusses the two.Â

What kinds of goals can I bring to coaching?
People seek coaching for many reasons, including life transitions, confidence, career clarity, relationships, wellness, boundaries, leadership, personal growth, and accountability.

How long does it take to be matched?
We review requests as they come in and will contact you if we are able to make a potential match. It will typically take 5-10 days to get a match if a coach is avalible for your needs.
How much does coaching cost?
There is a lot of variables that go into pricing so this is a difficult question. First, it depends on the speciality of the coach. Life coaches usually charge less than executive coaches. Then the structure impacts the cost.  Group coaches is usually less expensive than 1:1 on coaches. Finally, the cost ranges based on the coaches experience and their accreditation. Newer coaches with less experience typically charge less than MCC (ICF Master level coach).Â
Saying all of this, ICF is stating between $75-$600 an session. We know that this makes this unaffordable for some people and that is why we offer our affordable coaching. matching program.Â
