Career Development Coach In earlier chapters of my career story, I was an English teacher and faculty team leader — helping students and colleagues find the right words to tell the stories of others. But along the way, I realized the most important “narrative” we ever write is the one that reveals what we did with our own talents and aspirations.

So I decided to change my own.

Driven by a desire to understand the science behind why we grow — and what gets in our way — I earned my M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and became an ICF-certified coach. I built Storyline Coaching Studio from the ground up, and today I combine the heart of an educator with the data-driven insights of an I-O practitioner to help professionals, students, and organizations navigate their own “what’s next.”
