Our Code of Conduct – Here’s How We Roll!
At Coach Link Up, we believe in keeping things positive and supportive. Our Code of Conduct is based on four core values: Respect, Dependability, Inclusiveness, and Professionalism. Let’s break it down:
Respect – Be Kind, Always
For Clients: Show your coach some love (well, respect!). Use our services for real coaching needs and respect the boundaries your coach sets—like being on time and sticking to payment schedules.
For Coaches: Be there for your clients—listen, respect their needs, and protect their confidentiality. Show up fully for each session and be judgment-free.
For Everyone: Kindness goes a long way. Let’s keep it cool and respectful! No drama, no harassment, no negativity. We’re all here to grow and learn.
Dependability – Keep Your Promises!
For Clients: If you’ve booked a session, be there on time and ready to roll. It shows respect for your coach’s time—and your own progress!
For Coaches: Make sure you honor your commitments. Be prepared, show up, and keep the lines of communication open. A dependable coach is a happy client’s best friend!
For Everyone: Stick to your word, whether it’s appointments, payments, or agreements. We’re all about keeping things reliable and trustworthy here.
Inclusiveness – Everyone’s Welcome!
For Coaches: Coaching is for everyone! Be mindful and open to clients from all backgrounds and experiences. There’s no room for discrimination—ever.
For Everyone: Let’s celebrate differences and respect each other’s journeys. We’re here to create a safe, welcoming space for growth, no matter where you come from.
Professionalism – Bring Your A-Game!
For Clients: Come to your sessions ready to grow and learn. Respect professional boundaries and follow through on payments or cancellations. You’ve got this!
For Coaches: Stay focused on your client’s goals and keep things professional. Be committed to continuing your learning and maintaining the highest standards of coaching.
If, for some reason, you are referred to ICF’s Ethical Conduct Review Committee for any circumstance that instigates a review, investigation, or response to the complaint, you should notify us for notification.
For Everyone: No spam, no ads—unless you’re a coach using our services. Let’s keep it professional and respectful in every interaction.
