Survivors of Abuse Coaching
You Survived. Now You Get to Build What Comes Next.
You made it through something hard. Maybe something that took years to name out loud. The survival part is behind you. But the living forward part, figuring out who you are now, what you want, what feels safe, what is possible, that part can feel just as hard in its own way.
You do not have to figure that out alone.
A Survivors of Abuse Coach works with you on the forward path. Not on processing the trauma itself, that is the work of a therapist, but on building the life you want on the other side of it. That might mean reconnecting with your own identity, setting boundaries that finally feel real, rebuilding confidence that was taken from you, finding your voice again, or just getting clear on what a good life looks like for you now.
This kind of coaching is not therapy and does not replace it. Many people work with both a therapist and a coach at the same time. The therapist helps you heal. The coach helps you build. They do different things and both can matter.
Survivors of abuse coaching looks different for everyone. Some people are months out. Others are years removed and still carrying weight they are ready to put down. Some know exactly what they want next. Others are starting from scratch. A good coach meets you exactly where you are without judgment and without rushing you.
Every coach listed here has completed a rigorous coaching program, holds a recognized certification, and has been vetted to meet our standards. They understand trauma-informed approaches, they know how to hold space with care, and they are here to support your next chapter, not define it for you.

Your next chapter is yours to write. It starts with one conversation.
