Spending nearly 20 years in corporate America and education environments, I know how easy it can be to focus on the day to day and neglect the things that really matter.  It can be a challenge to also focus on health, building friendships, exploring hobbies, and easier to sit in front of the TV or phone.  I help my clients change behaviors and build belief and confidence in themselves through self-acceptance, exploration, and small steps towards the life they want.

I have a strong belief that the energy and thoughts you go into a situation with are predictive of the outcome.  I work with my clients to build awareness around what thoughts are creating undesired outcomes and negativity, and shift those into more creative and productive directions.

Clients I work with enjoy taking the energy leadership assessment, which helps you identify how you are typically facing situations in every day life, or times of stress, and start to choose how to shift it.
