Bonnie Davis is a founder and partner of HuWork, where she works with organizations, teams, and leaders to create more human-centric workplaces. Through action-oriented workshops and keynote speaking, consulting projects, and leadership coaching, Bonnie’s work revitalizes organizational culture, develops leaders, engages employees, and enables teams to work better together. She is also on the coaching and facilitation faculty for The Marcus Buckingham Company, ADP Company.

Bonnie brings 25+ years of experience, ranging from the world’s largest tech companies to non-profits. She has also taught at universities in Colorado, owned her own business, spoken at conferences, written for Forbes.com and Fast Company, and done lots of volunteer work. She is a lifelong learner with a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and holds numerous coaching and facilitation certifications.

Bonnie lives in Denver, CO, with her husband, their two teenagers, and cute little dog.
