Refund and Returns Policy

Here’s the scoop on how our subscriptions and cancellations work:

COACHES MEMBERSHIP:

Because clarity = peace of mind (and we’re all about that!)

We’re so excited you’re here! Coach Link Up was created to support amazing coaches like you and we want your experience to feel good from the start. That’s why we offer a generous 15-day free trial to explore everything we have to offer.

Monthly Membership

    • Monthly memberships are billed at the end of your free trial and renew every month.

    • You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. While we will be sad to see you leave, there is no hard feelings. We know that as business owners we have to make hard decisions sometimes.

    • Since we’re a small, mission-driven platform, we don’t offer refunds for partial months or time not used.

Yearly Memberships

    • Yearly memberships have certain perks, such as free months. They are billed in full after your free trial wraps up.

    • If you’d like to cancel, just give us a heads-up at least 30 days before your renewal date.

    • Because we reserve your spot and benefits for the full year, we aren’t able to offer refunds for unused time. We will commit to work with you to make sure that you get the most out of our membership during that time. We don’t like waste

Automatic Renewals

    • All plans ou renew automatically to keep things seamless for you.

15-Day Free Trial

    • Our coaches’ journey begins with a totally free, no-strings-attached 15-day trial.

    • You can cancel any time during your trial. There is no payment, no pressure, but all the good stuff of being in a community of values-driven coaches.

  • If you love it (and we hope you do!), your subscription will start automatically after 15 days.

How to cancel:

Just send us an email at team at coachlinkup.com to submit a cancellation request. We’ll take care of the rest and confirm your final billing date.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at billing@coachkinkup.com

 

Coach Matching Services

Once the agreed-upon price is set, we will work to find you the coach that meets your goal.  If you are not satisfied with your choices, we will provide you 3 more choices.  If you are not satisfied, we will refund you 50% of your fees as long as the refund is requested within 30 days of the agreement is signed.
