With over 25 years in leadership of Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, Building Teams, and Marketing with well-known companies, including Dell, Oracle, and Xerox Corporation, Edward grew into an established Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all these key areas. However, Edward, or Eddie as he likes to be called, didn’t just work for these companies; he was a thought leader who consistently led the closings of multi-million-dollar contracts.

While Eddie was successful in business, he always knew he had a passion for helping others to succeed, as he has, through coaching, mentoring, and teaching as an Adjunct Professor, what he has learned over the years. In addition, he is a compassionate listener and has a keen sense of facilitating leadership growth.
